Dear Technical Inspectors and Team,

 

Greetings from Baja SAE India 2014 Organizing Committee!

 

As the next step to SCCS clearance, the college level Technical Inspection needs to be conducted at the college premises.

Please find attached –

           1.   Self Certification Check Sheet cleared for the Team ID 14264

           2.   List of documents to be received from the team and the tests to be conducted during the inspection.

           3.  Roll Cage Specification Sheet

           4.  Weld Confirmation Checks – to be taken as an update to rule B8.3.11 Welding Process Check.

           5.  Examples of failing and passing weld tests for ready referrals.

           6. Engine speed setting manual

 

Please note –

1.        Technical Inspectors are requested to consider this mail as a continuation to last communication on detailed instructions.

2.       Please ensure deadlines as follows –

a.       Last date for college level technical inspection confirmation mail from Technical Inspectors to rulebook.b...@gmail.com – on or before 26^th Jan 2014.

b.       Last date for the CD containing the list of documents / videos to reach – 07^th Feb 2014
