Dear Riche / Ajay,

Please find attached the schedule for your End Semester Project Review Schedule. Please pass on this to your classmates.

1. A report (Back to back printed) containing the details of the entire 1 year work should be submitted, after getting it endorsed by the respective guides.

2. The report should be at least 25 pages.

3. You are expected to submit hardcopy of the project report when you come for review, failing which you will not be allowed to make your presentation.

4. The presentation file + softcopy of the report should be made available with me and Deepu one day before your presentation, so that we can load the presentations and keep them ready.

5. Every team is given 25 minutes slot. You are expected to include your demo during the 20 mins.

6. Also keep a video recording of your working project.
