Please find attached slides that summarize what we do at SILABTECH and about the opening we have. Short summary is as below.

 

SILABTECH background –

SILABTECH is a High Speed serial interface company co-founded in 2012 by NITK alumni Gopal along with 4 other people – all from Texas Instruments. SILABTECH area of expertise is high speed serial interface (eg: USB3.1, PCIe-Gen4, Ethernet etc) in speed range 1 to 32Gbps and high speed ADCs in speed range 0.01 to 3.2Gsps

 

Why choose SILABTECH –

SILABTECH has a small design team (35 people) containing a pool of highly competent engineers who are solving cutting edge design problems. This kind of opportunity enables excellent technical growth to all engineers and particularly to entry level engineers. The design team being small enables every engineer to hands on work in solving complex problems very early in his career. Attached has one slide which summarizes examples of designs that a 0 to 2 year experience employee at SILABTECH has done.

Hiring process –

1.       Opening is in digital domain

2.       Email your resume to gkn...@silabtech.com by 10/May

3.       Candidates shortlisted based on resume will be notified by phone/email by 16/May

4.       1^st round telephonic interview will be held from 16/May to 20/May at time convenient to candidate and interviewer

5.       2^nd round interview for candidates shortlisted for the same will be face-to-face at SILABTECH Bangalore office. It will be ASAP scheduled on date convenient to candidate and interviewer.
