Below is the plan

Rajesh is travelling today (reaching Sindupalchowk tomorrow). Based on his response, Ashish Sandhya and Myself will be travelling there with food / meds + other needed stuffs (we might also co-ordinate with people on the ground if travelling might not make sense)

Need few suggestions from folks on the ground
1. We are planning to acquire most of the items (non-food) in Delhi and fly in. Thoughts?

2. Food Material - We are in touch with some guys in KTM to help acquire. Any other options?

3. Any inputs on transport options to Sindupalchowk (Ofcourse, Rajesh will share details once he reaches)
