Experience: Not less than 2 yrs & not more than 5 years in Design of Pressure vessel / Heat Exchangers, Preferred Age   : Max 27 Years, Education: BE / B. Tech Mechanical (Pass out of 2013 to 2016 batch) (Only 2 ATKT allowed, No Gap in education, Must be throughout First Class in Education in 10^th, 12^th & Degree, Only regular course from UGC approved University, distance / part time education not acceptable)

Job Profile:

Ø  Knowledge of ASME pressure vessel fabrication & material (e.g. ASME SEC VIII Div.1 & 2, Section II A & D), API WRC 107 Codes and its structure. Engineering fundamentals like Strength of material & Metallurgy.

Ø  Basic knowledge of other Pressure Vessel fabrication code like GHOST, AD Markblatter, PD 55000 and Government regulation like DOSH, Malaysia.

Ø  Competent in using ACAD, SOLID EDGE, SOLID WORKS etc. used to develop fabrication drawings & PVElite, Compress, Code Cal etc. pressure vessel design software.

Ø  Basic knowledge of Customer (EIL, EXXON, SAUDI ARAMCO etc.) Specification requirement.

Ø  Basic knowledge of fabrication and machining processes involved in manufacturing of pressure vessels.

Ø  Co-ordinate with proposal, Planning, welding and project management teams for obtaining desired data and providing project deliverables.
