Job Profile:

 

Ø Leading team of Civil, Mechanical & Electrical Engineers.

Ø Planning & Control Of Budgets for various areas- Civil, Elect, House Keeping, Horticulture.

Ø Periodic rounds and interaction with various units heads.

Ø Monitoring /Review of Service provided to various internal customers of all the units.

Ø Estimation and review of various activities/projects in all units.

Ø Estimation and Execution of various CSR projects in consultation with CSR team.

Ø Negotiation and Finalization of various Annual Maintenance Contract.

Ø Negotiation and Finalization of various Revenue and Capital project.

Ø Monitoring and timely execution of Project under Revenue and Capital budget.    

Ø Ensure implementation of Various System & Procedures, ISO 9001, Improvement initiatives.
