Job Profile:
Ø Development of Preventive/ Predictive maintenance plan for all the critical equipment of the plant and ensuring the effectiveness of the same.
Ø Routine maintenance of the plant and equipment’s and upkeeping of the plant.
Ø Plan the preventive and periodic maintenance of plant and equipment’s.
Ø Making available all the Mechanical Equipment’s of the plant.
Ø Coordination and liasoning with all the equipment suppliers and the consultants for improvement and energy conservation Projects & execution of various plant improvement projects.
Ø Planning and timely execution of various energy conservation activities suggested by various depts.
Ø Accountable for annual budget preparation of Mechanical Department and monitoring of expenditure for controlling the costs. Maintain Mechanical Dept. machinery within the budgeted limits.
Ø Implementation IMS as per ISO-9001, EMS14001, OSHAS 45001, EnMS ISO 50001 and GHG ISO 14064 and functioning as systems facilitator in the Organization.
Ø Assisting in piping and equipment layouts, P & ID’s and updating of the same.
Ø Compliance with Boiler Act and maintenance of Boiler. Inspection of mechanical equipment’s and maintaining them as required under Factories Act and other Acts.
Ø Planning / execution of the annual shutdown. To decide and finalize the priority of all the activities to meet the targeted goals.
Ø Knowledge of ERP system and HR / IR field.
Ø A strong leader to motivate a team to achieve the set top-line targets.
Ø Good communication skills both in written and spoken
Ø Reports to Head – Mechanical and Projects.
