CGPA to Percentage formula not available with University

I am Ankur Garg and I am planning to seek admission into the PGDIE
course offered by NITIE for the 2012-2014 session. However, I wanted a
minor clarification regarding the admission form. I am in my final
year of graduation at NIT, Bhopal (MANIT) and in my university we have
no formula to convert CGPA into percentage (as has been required in
your admission form as a pre-requisite).

Please Help.

Hi , one of my friends has secured 96.5 percentile in chemical discipline in GATE 2012. He has secured 65.5 % aggregate in Engineering, but his college gives him Second Division at this percentage .. Will he be eligible for PGDIE course at NITIE ?
