PGDIE criteria for admission

i have got 96.49 percentile in gate 2012 in cs branch. gate score is
470 and rank is 5489. 78% in b.tech, 89% in 10th and 89%in 12th. can u
plz tell me whether i should apply for nitie or not.? what are my
chances to get call for GD/PI..? i m from general catagory??plz reply
soon..

in Btech 74%,
86% in 10th, 73% in 12th...and m applying for it.
