I don't think we should start worrying just yet!! :)
What I could glean from the posts is the standard response one can expect from the CRM team on queries & from higher management for delays etc

It's like any product review. I have disgruntled people alone ending up commenting on sites like mouthshut. So we may not know how many 'non-disgruntled' people are.

HI All,
These reviews are to be considered for new buyers and really not a concern for the owners now. You have made the decision and all you ensure is the promises are met by the people who promised. In our case its Nitesh Estates.
The agreement clearly says that owners have all the rights to visit and inspect the site at any time and for any number of times. So you can go and inspect the work by yourself.
I understand that many stay far and cannot visit often to inspect but, trust me monthly updates from Bhargavi C is really honest. What is said is what is at site. I've been visiting so often cos I stay very close to the property. Latest update I have about the model flat is, they are planning to do it for 2 BHK and not for 3BHK. Same as before, they were waiting for the tiles to arrive to complete the model flat and now that the tiles have arrived the work is going in full swing on the model flat.
The reason for model flat is to showcase the items that will be put for the flats. And trust me they are going to do the model flat. Cos not all floors have been sold yet. They are not encouraging any alteration for obvious reason, it might delay their progress(Consider if everyone comes for alteration). But, we have all rights to question any deviation from what is promised in the agreement.
I even did visit today to show the property to my sister. Exterior plastering is going on and many 1st floor plastering is complete. Sanitation fitting such as pipes and outlets fitting work is going on.
So far, my experience in site visit have been very positive and progress also looks like on track IMO.
We should definitely meet. Its always good to know our neighbors.
