This mail is on behalf of NCP owners. In the last meeting held on 2nd June 2015, Nitesh had agreed to send out the weekly tracker with respect to project progress block wise and flat wise. You personally agreed in the meeting and took the responsibility in sending the same every week. We got one almost after 2 weeks which is a slip from your side. And we haven't heard from you on the tracker after that. 

We also noticed that from the minutes, the tracker is mentioned Monthly. You know this is not what is agreed. Could you please adhere to what is agreed in the meeting along with Nitesh representatives. Continues miss from your side from what is agreed is causing us to loose confidence in you. Please send the weekly tracker without any further delay.
