Dear Vadiraj ,

 

We have informed several customers who have been calling us about the cancellation of the meeting on 26^th since it was inconvenient to most . Similarly we had received calls earlier on to reschedule the meeting of  18^th  in view of it being a working day .

 

Since the objective was to have maximum participation , both the schedules did not work . We would like to assure you that we respect your time and regret the inconvenience .

 

We propose to schedule a meeting on Saturday , 30^th Jan , 11 am . With the handover of A & B blocks during Jan and wet works are in progress , we are unable to accommodate any earlier date  .

CRM will send an invite to all homeowners  next week .

Dear Prema & Team,

 

Greetings of the Season! Please see the mail chain bellow, the meeting that was supposed to be scheduled on Nov7th moved to 28th and again moved to 26th December, few people raised concerned due to holiday season, and it was accepted and replied to Lakshmi alone that it will be 18th Dec. With all these there was no confirmation for any meetings and very sadly even Today's meeting as scheduled by you did not have confirmation.

 

Many of us called and asked Sherin about the meeting, she neither confirmed nor cancelled which is even more disappointing. This is really unprofessional, we consider these meetings very important and plan things accordingly. We expect some respect to our time. If you are not going to hold this meeting, you should at least have courtesy to inform us earlier so that we can plan other things. 

 

Can you please take this up seriously with your team and ensure such last minute cancellation does not happen again. Please do respect our time as we do yours. 

And please schedule the meeting as earliest as possible as this has been pending from you since our last meeting held on Oct3rd. 

 

Please note the concern is not mine alone this is on behalf of many other owners listed in the group mail.

Ram and team at Nitesh,

 

Can you please send progress for all blocks, and also progress on each apartment? As you are sending individual letters or intimations or demands, you must send progress to each individual on the apartment? Legal agreement and the June 2015 schedule "signed in the blood" by Ashwinikumar - are the referenece.

 

If you recall Nov 2014 meeting when Ram joined first time, we expected end of the tunnel in an year. You disappointed all your buyers, and moreover you are proposing a meeting during Christmas break. Not professional and not acceptable by any standards.

 

You owe each of us an update. If you are not sending an update by 4th Dec, we are all forced to come together and demand an unplanned meeting on 5th Dec.

 

Meeting needs to be planned formally on 5th Dec or 12th Dec.

Dear Prema Ram,

Thank you for replying. I feel the new meeting date is too far away and, I request you to.

1. Please see if it can be earlier than 30th Jan, as its too much gap from when we met last.

2. If it is impossible for you to schedule it earlier than 30th, please stick to this date strictly and do not postpone any further. However, strongly feel the dates should be earlier than 30th Jan. Preferably 1st or 2nd week of Jan. 

3. Though lot of people receive this mail through the group, there are many others who are not in the group and are waiting for the meeting. Please continue to send confirmation and intimation promptly without assuming calls by or to few customers would be circulated to every other customer.

Looking forward for a meeting as early as possible.
