This is to bring to your kind attention that our earlier mails regarding the issuing of Degree certificate is not addressed yet.
We would like to inform you that our certificates are urgently required as anytime we maybe asked to submit it to our employers as the date we promised submit it has already passed and inability to produce certificates on time may have affect on our jobs and studies as well.
So we request your kind attention towards this at the earliest.

                                  This mail is to bring in your kind attention that we (students of 2013-2017 batch) have not been contacted by the institution regarding the convocation though the next academic session is nearing to end. We are in urgent need of our degree certificate and the consolidated marksheet as we are required to submit these certificates to our employer as per company norms and we have promised to submit before Jan'2018 as we were assured in MAY'2017 by the then Registrar about having convocation in less than 2 month span.

So hereby we are kindly requesting you to please issue the hardcopies of our degree certificates and consolidated marksheets.
