8th Semester Gradesheet, Provisional and Transfer Certificates ... reg.

Dear Engineers,

Students who are not able to collect the 8th Semester Gradesheet, Provisional and Transfer Certificates may send the scanned copy of the undertaking form mentioned in the following link:

As soon as the undertaking form is received, pl. do not imagine that it will be dispatched on the same day.  Examination cell needs time to check and process the applications. Every week, once (or) twice all the undertaking forms will be collected and processed further. From the date of the receipt of the application, it takes 10 to 15 days to reach the mailing address mentioned in the undertaking form. Institute will not be responsible for the delay/damage/lost of the consignment.

If it is very urgent, pl. visit our campus (if you are in INDIA) and collect it during the working hours on the week days. 

NOTE: Those who have not submitted the No dues form / No dues form with photo copy of the bank passbook is informed to send it to  the Registrar Office at the earliest to process further.
