Dear sir/madam,

Greetings from BIG Synergy!

We are a television production company and have been doing First-of-its-kind innovative effort in alternate dispute resolution television, “Aap Ki Kachehri – Kiran ke Saath”. This is a reality show where civil disputes between two parties are settled through the process of arbitration/mediation.

In this reference we look forward to collaboration with your esteemed organisation by sourcing disputes in your area of concern. If such cases are brought in light then it will not only help in extending legal aid but also increasing awareness in this field.

Another positive aspect of this effort is that the programme offers compensation to the needy parties if they agree to come and resolve their dispute on the television show. We will take care of the transport and lodging of the parties coming on the television show.

We prefer to take up cases referred by an NGO because the programme can then attach the beneficiaries to the NGO and release the compensation through that NGO. NGOs contributing towards the effort also receive donation for their support in the cause.

We are open to cases of Property disputes, Consumer related disputes, Matrimonial siputes, HIV discrimination, sexual minorities’ discrimination, live-in partners’ disputes, parent-child matters, sibling rivalry, inter faith/ caste matrimony issues, khap affected relationships etc. The idea is to get representation from cross-sections of society to present a complete picture and send the message that knowing your Legal Rights is an important thing and one can find resolution to most of the civil dispute through mediation.

We are open to cases from any part of India with Hindi/ Hindustani/Urdu speaking people. It is, however, important that both the parties must come forward for mediation whether they finally agree on the settlement during the show or not is a different matter.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Thanks n Regards
