that CBR Forum is looking for the services of a qualified young person to fill
up the position of Junior Programme
Officer. The person will have to be based in Bangalore and will be working
across the Country.
Requirements:
1.

Qualification:

M.S.W
preferred
(Minimum
graduation in any discipline)

4.
Experience:
|
·
Atleast 3 years in a
Community Development Programme. Experience of working with DPOs / SHGs at
grass root level an advantage.
·
Ability to work in MS Office
- Word, Excel and Power-point.

|
|
5.
His /her responsibilities
will include:
|
·
Managing CBRF’s relationship
with Partners, Resource Persons, Training Centres
|
·
Facilitating planning,
executing, monitoring and closing projects
|
·
Preparing reports and
documentation on project stage and progress, case studies etc.
|
|
|
6.
Language:
|
·
Fluent in: written and spoken: English
·
Spoken knowledge of : Hindi (Knowledge
of other languages an advantage)
|
|
|
7.
Salary:
|
Gross
Salary of Rs. 15,000/- per month.
|
|
|
8.
Other Benefits:
|
CBRF offers
Medical Insurance, Accidental Insurance, Festival gift, Medical reimbursement
per annum, Per diem during outstation travel.
