adoption practice. We work both, on enhancing the total number of
adoptions and, better child care while the child is

CSA now is actively working in multiple states with different
Governmentlicensed adoption agencies and child care institutions.
Catalysts for Social Action (CSA), is looking for 1 Project
coordinator .Position Title: Project CoordinatorNo. of Positions:
1Position Description:The Project Coordinator will be attached to
coordinate CSAPartner agencies in the states of Odisha & Chhatisgarh.
S/he will report functionally to the Volunteer Coordinator based at
Odisha and a
dministratively to theAgencyHead.S/he will be responsible for;◘
networking with adoption agencies, destitute children homes and
developing partnership with newly registered agencies.◘Facilitating
adoption cases◘ Developing need based proposals for the partner
agencies and proposing for disbursement of fund◘ Preparation of
feedback and detailed project reports,◘Supervising the
implementation/use of support initiatives extended by
CSA.◘Coordination with Govt. officials.◘ Extensive travel to the
partner agencies in the states of Odisha & Chhatisgarh. Eligibility◘
Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) from a recognized university.12
years experience in the social/child welfare sector will be preferred.
Fresher with clear understanding can apply.◘ Knowledge of report
writing, proposal making.◘ Ready to work with a 24x7 environment,◘
Computer knowledge and fluency in verbal and written English & Odia.◘
Ready to join as early as possible.RemunerationRs. 12,500
