GVT test tool to be unavailable on 10/20/2023

Due to a planned NIST building outage that requires the Gaithersburg Computing Facility (GCF) to be shutdown, the GVT test tool will be unavailable for use the weekend of October 20th (starting 6:00 PM ET Friday, October 20, 2023, through Sunday, October 22, 2023) and is anticipated to be available for use again by the morning of October 23, 2023).
