Accents

Hi!

GVT does not seem to support accents since the last updates.
It worked properly before...

As a French we really need our accents ;-)

It looks like the problem appears when the XML files are uploaded on GVT. 

The value is well encoded in the XML with it accent. However, GVT expects to find the value "AckM??tierZAM".

I suspect there is some issue with encoding of characters with accent when we are validating. 

I'm cc'ing Hossam who can have a deeper look at what is going on in the validation. Unfortunately he is not available at the moment, so it may take a couple of weeks before we can get that solved.

We're trying to reproduce the issue, but no success so far. Is there any chance you still have the XML files associated with that bug ?

It would be helpful for us to see what's wrong.
