If you have your re-charters and JTE paperwork completed and ready to turn in, please bring it!  Once again, if can do it online please do and don't delay!  Our Hot Springs council office will be closing early before the Christmas holidays and will not re-open.

The roundtable will be held at First United Methodist Church (across from the Saline County Courthouse), 200 North Market Street (Fellowship Hall wing), Benton, Arkansas 72015 at 7 pm.

Braden Harmon, Quapaw Area Council Camping Director will be giving a presentation on Quapaw camping and the Gus Blass Scout Reservation.

Also, many of your District Committee Members, Commissioners and Roundtable Staff will be there.  There may be some last minute changes to this line up.

Refreshments will be graciously provided.

This is your chance to get out and meet our new Scouting colleagues, meet people and put faces to names.  These will be the people we will be working with to make Scouting happen and grow in our districts in the years to come.  Let's all come out to make them feel welcome and show them the camaraderie, collegiality and Scouting spirit of Diamond Lakes and Nischa Sipo Districts.
