Dear Sayali

Hope you are doing good and safe, amid these difficult times. As you are aware, from past four years, we are working in Dantewada with the involvement of the community to strengthen their livelihood, by focusing on organic farming, conservation of indigenous seeds, self-reliance in food and nutrition and fair market linkage, many aspects now seem even more relevant amid these times. However, currently, we are in dire need of hands to join these efforts. So I thought of writing to you to seek your help. 

We are mainly looking for individuals to join our core team mainly to look after following responsibilities:  

1) Sales and Marketing Lead (to work with Bhoomgaadi)

2) Program Manager

3) Technical Lead - Sustainable Agriculture 

For those individuals passionate about issues related to farmers, food, environment, tribal livelihood and work for bringing positive change in one of the most underdeveloped regions in the country, I am sure this can turn out to be a very enriching experience.
