Better Education Lifestyle and Environment Foundation (BELIEF) is a not for profit organization currently working in Pune in Early Childhood Education (ECE) for the underprivileged community (for children between 3 to 6 years). We are in search of the motivated and enthusiastic youth who wish to bring the change through quality education. Bellow are the openings in the organization. Project : Strengthening Early Childhood Education 

Title :Project Officer 

Job Description : Leading a team of coordinators, management of project, liaising with the stakeholders, monitoring and evaluation, documentation, capacity building of the team. 

Eligibility : Experience in ECE, experience in project management, fluency in English and Marathi (speaking, writing and reading), ability to drive the project independently, strong hold on field work, training and presentation skills,  communication skills, computer skills, punctuality, readiness to travel. 

Location : Based in Pune. 

Candidates who are able to ride a 2 wheeler and having a driving licence will be given preference. 

Consumers of tobacco, alcohols and narcotics in any form should not apply for this position. 

Title : Project coordinator 

Job Description : Coordinate the project on field, planning, hand holding support to teachers and co teachers, monitoring and evaluation, report writing, community mobilization. 

Eligibility : Experience in ECE, fluency in Marathi (speaking, writing and reading), experience in teacher training, experience in leading a team, documentation skills, communication skills, computer skills, punctuality, comfort in working with the children, readiness to travel. 

Location : Based in Pune. 

Candidates who are able to ride a 2 wheeler and having a driving licence will be given preference.
