Career Saathi Selection conference gets an overwhelming response!
After the astounding success of the first two batches, VHL has conducted the third selection conference of our flagship program Career Saathi Program, a one of a kind initiative of VHL which aims to provide mentorship and guidance to meritorious students who finished their schooling and hail from poor and rural background. 137 students, 70+ parents, 70+ volunteers participated in the whole day event, Out of which, 34 students were selected to this Flagship program based on their SOP's, Group Discussion, Interview, Family background and 10th grades. |

VHL made 1478 students dream big through 26 career workshops in Ranga Reddy district!
Ranga Reddy District collector, Shri.M.Raghunandan Rao,IAS launched Career workshop programs at District collector office. He has also Inaugurated Career Workshops Booklet and Career chart which was given to 1478 students, largely girls in 26 government schools.

VHL Successfully completes its fourth CSP Residential camp!
Students of the CSP took part in the 4 day residential camp which took place at ‘Surya, The Global School’ in Bachupally, Hyderabad. The ‘Mighty Thirty’ students of Cohort 1 and 2 along with the new Cohort 3 students took part in this camp. Various training sessions on Personality Development, Time management, LSRW skills, Goal setting was imparted to students by eminent subject experts and professionals. Overall, 69 students were enriched by the overall experience.
Our 'Mighty 30' students achieved Wonderful results in Intermediate exams!
We are happy and proud to share that our ‘Mighty 30’ students from Nirmaan Vidya Helpline’s ‘Career Saathi Program’ achieved magnificent success in Intermediate examination. With a highest score of 97.8% and an average score of 85%, 4 students scored above 95% and 11 students scored above 90%. The students now are looking to continue their success streak in various entrance examinations!
VHL reached out to 500 Students through career workshops!
VHL Team conducted 13 Career workshops reaching out to 500 students and created a path to set their goals in Mamidikuduru Mandalam in East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh which was sponsored by IBM. Special Thanks to IBM Naveen Garu for sponsoring us to conduct the workshop.
Nirmaan’s Vidya Helpline Nizamabad center completes three glorious years!
Having completed three wonderful years, VHL Nizamabad center Kakatiya Sandbox successfully enters into its fourth year. Since inception, the center has answered over 42,000 Tele counseling calls benefiting over 30,000 students.In addition to this, they have organized 215 career workshops in various government schools reaching out to several hundreds of students. Interactive 'Train the Trainer' review meet held!
With an objective to include Career Counselling as a part of the curriculum, 68 Teachers from Tribal areas at ITDA, KR Puram, have been trained on providing Career Counselling. The 3 hour interactive 'Train the Trainer' program will be benefiting over 2500 students. A final review meet on the program has been held.

Toll free Tele-counseling: A toll-free service, where career info and guidance is provided to students and drop outs over a phone.
In the month of April and May 32,155 queries on education and career prospects from rural students and drop outs have been resolved.

Career Counselling Workshops: These are our outreach programs, where we reach out to the students of SSC grade and expose them to various career opportunities and assist them in their career decisions thereby making them dream BIG!
In the month of April we organised 28 Career Workshops in Govt schools through which 1,505 students were benefited.

Messaging Outreach: This is a tech- tinge outreach program, where we use Voice and Text messaging to update our beneficiaries about any latest career / academic information like scholarships, admission dates etc.
