Launch of Career Saathi Program- Residential camp 1
Nirmaan Vidya HelpLine is glad to share that it has successfully launched Career Saathi's first 3 days residential camp for the "Mighty Thirty" on 10th of Jan. The inauguration was graced by Shri Naveen Prathapaneni, Senior architect, IBM, Shri Srinivas, MD, Excers-India, Shri Jay Bhupati, Consultant, Shri Chandra Sekhar, CEO, Vidya HelpLine and Shri Nagesh COO, Vidya HelpLine, besides involved parents and enthusiastic and passionate mentors. 3 days brought in many sessions both fun and educative sessions like Human values workshop, a workshop on fighting English fear, Yoga, sports, Reflection of life, Confidence building workshops and many other creative fun sessions. Also, there was mentor-connect, where the Mighty thirty met their Saathis. Let's wish all of them all the very best!

Launch of Career Counselling Workshops, Vidya HelpLine , ITDA Badrachalam
Nirmaan Vidya HelpLine launched its Career Workshop program in Bhadrachalam with the support of PO, ITDA. This is successfully launched, exclusively to cater to the needs of the tribal students from Bhadrachalam The centre was inaugurated in a soft way, on Jan 28th, 2016. In the month of January, 15 career workshops were conducted reaching out to 1,036 tribal students .

Toll free Tele-counselling: A toll-free service, where career info and guidance is provided to students and drop outs over a phone.
In the month of January, 8,353 call queries on education and career prospects from rural students and drop outs have been resolved.

Career Counselling Workshops: These are our outreach programs, where we reach out to the students of SSC grade and expose them to various career opportunities and assist them in their career decisions thereby making them dream BIG!
In the month of January, we organized Career Workshops in 52 Govt schools reaching to 2,821 students.

Messaging Outreach: This is a tech- tinge outreach program, where we use Voice and Text messaging to update our beneficiaries about any latest career / academic information like scholarships, admission dates etc.
The Voice messaging service is exclusively to cater to the career needs of the visually handicapped, as their sources of info are very limited.
In the month of January, 7,001 voice and text messages have been shot out.

Unemployed Youth Counselling: A program intended for the unemployed youth to connect them to employment opportunities or enabling them to pursue their education.
113 youth have been counselled in various jobs and trainings.

Personalized Counselling : A program where the beneficiaries themselves reach out to the Vidya HelpLine centre for personal counselling on academic and career prospects.
24 youth have been personally counselled.

My Story: I am Praful Tete from Meromdega Village. My qualification is matriculation. I am about 40 years and I am married. Whole family responsibility was on me and there was no source of income. Earlier, I was a farmer but income I get through my occupation, was not enough to survive my family. So, I kept searching for a job that would help support my children for better education as well as to enhance the standard of living. I heard about OCL-Nirmaan Organization which provides information on jobs. So, I went to OCL-Nirmaan office and got information on OCL refectory job. OCL-Nirmaan Vidya HelpLine, team counselled me and sent me for the interview. I got selected under contractor of OCL India Ltd. Now I am working and earning Rs.230 per day.
