[Nirmaan GB] Organizational announcement of appointing new CEO

Dear Nirmaanites, 

From Governing board, I am delighted to share that we have Mayur Patnala taking the role as the new CEO for Nirmaan Organization effective immediately. 

Mayur needs no introduction for most of us but sharing in the interest of a few of us. He has been with Nirmaan since inception as the co-founder of Nirmaan, then worked for IBM for about 5+ years, worked with State Government of Andhra Pradesh as State Project Manager for Rajiv Yuva Kiranalu, Minorities department training about 5,000 youth in 2 years and finally taking up full time role in Nirmaan. In the initial phases he has setup the youth employment center and working on various initiatives at central. 

Governing board is confident that, with Mayur's experience in development sector both as a volunteer and as a full timer coupled with his great passion to contribute for India's development would surely steer Nirmaan's growth in the next few years. 

It's surely very challenging leaving lucrative corporate job and continue to be working in development sector but what drives mainly is the satisfaction from the good work and the support we get from our people. Please join me in encouraging and wishing Mayur all the very best for the new role.
