Hi Mariam, Todd, Gigi,
I’ve been involved with organizing a workshop on open science and reproducibility efforts within our MRI community (over 90 speakers confirmed! Thank you Mariam!): MRI Together happening this December 13-17. While we are endorsed by ESMRMB and have some help from their central office, the organizing committee are depending on self advertising about this workshop. Please forward this to people you think would be interested, especially those in underrepresented countries in our field (e.g. South Asia, India, Eastern Europe, South America, Africa). We are also interested in involving industry as they serve as an integral part of clinical translation.
I’m really excited about this work as we tried to make it:1) ACCESSIBLE: workshop spans across 4 time zones such that were will be a few 2 hour sessions during normal working hours, and thanks to our sponsors registration is able to be free2) INCLUSIVE: topics range from all aspects of MRI research, and are intended for an audience of differing backgrounds3) FUN: in addition to traditional talks, there will be hands-on sessions and ample of time for socialization
A few key highlights:1) Abstract submission is open until November 30, and all accepted abstracts will be made available under the CC-BY license —> https://mritogether.github.io/abstracts2) Registration (either free or small donation) is open! —> https://mritogether.github.io/registration
Let’s do #MRITogether!
Best,Laura
PS - Flyer attached if you could print it and hang it up in the lab :)

Thanks very much Todd for letting us know – it’s a very interesting and relevant set of topics. I’m signed up for a few other conferences/workshops in that week, but I will certainly try to catch some of the talks I am interested in.
Hi Laura, great work organizing this workshop that will surely help improve education in the MRI space. It must have been a lot of work 😊. FYI you might also be interested in a webinar series called Quality Conversations that we have been running since July’21.
