Hello,

Does anyone know if NiPype reports errors that can be caught. I don't see anything about it on the website or docs. I use NiPype as a part of a web front end and being able to check if it's failed or not would be a great help.

Is it possible to stick it in a try: catch: block and get errors out?

Thanks,

Tom

When you set stop_onfirst_crash (http://nipy.org/nipype/users/config_file.html#execution) to true you should get an exception for the first execution error (although this might only work with the linear plugin). Otherwise nipype will try to run as many jobs as possible and then point you to the crashfiles.

Best,
Chris
