Hey All,

I noticed there is no fsl_motion_outliers hook in nipype. Are there still ways of calculating the motion regressors that I can use in an FSL pipeline or are there other ways of doing this in Nipype?

Thanks,

Tom

hi tom,

we normally use ArtifactDetect from nipype.algorithms.rapidart.

the output from this can be fed into the model specification routines to generate appropriate regressors in the design matrix.

cheers,

satra

or to wrap it as a Nipype interface on yourself and perhaps contribute to the whole project:

All the best,
Arman
