ERROR: SPM standalone

Hi,

I installed SPM standalone and the Matlab Compile Runtime (MCR) in Nipype but when I run the SPM python code I have the following error:

IOError: matlab could not be found on host hneuron

Interface MatlabCommand failed to run. 

Does anyone have any idea how I can fix this?  Thanks in advance

but i don't believe i received his updated changes. perhaps you can contact daniel directly to see if he can send you the details of his changes.

if not i'll download the spm mcr version, which i haven't in a while, and take look.

hi elena,

i've pushed a set of changes to reflect how nipype can be used with spm and mcr.

pull-request: https://github.com/nipy/nipype/pull/663

use: https://github.com/satra/nipype/blob/fix/spm_mcr/examples/fmri_spm.py#L20

if you give it a shot, let me know if it works for you.

once we have a review, these changes will be merged into master.
