Level2 Tutorials (Famous Faces)

Hello, I have been trying to use nypipe on-and-off for a while now, and I managed to get the Famous vs. Non-Famous Faces tutorial ( http://nipy.sourceforge.net/nipype/users/examples/fmri_spm_face.html ) working on my machine.

I have afterwards noticed that this only covers level1 analysis, and I was unable to find any level2 tutorials to continue the procesisng. Could you help me out with this? Or is there no way around just clicking myself through SPM for level2?

Hi Horea,

As far as I can tell (I don't use SPM), the original Famous Faces tutorial just covers first level analysis. However, there are some other SPM tutorials that seem to cover group analyses, e.g. http://nipy.org/nipype/users/examples/fmri_spm_dartel.html.
