Dear NiPy Users
Has the gPPI method been wrapped for use with nipype? If not, what might be a good approach to incorporating the existing Matlab/SPM-based code for use with nipype?

hi henry and eveline,
indeed it would be good to include such workflows. at present we don't have anybody directly working on such workflows, so a contribution would be much appreciated. at the core development level, we are trying to further simplify workflow creation and tracking for the upcoming release.
