Extra directory added when using datasink

Hi there,

When I use the datasink to store files in a custom directory I get the following

/'base_dir'/'container'/(merge of variable name and the value of that variable/'file'

I don't want the merge of the variable and the value in the path but i'm not sure where it's coming from. I tried to set remove_dest_dir thinking it might be that but it refuses to be set to any value.

The output is coming from dcm2nii if this might be the problem

Any thoughts?

set parameterization=False

keep in mind that different parameterizations could generate the same name depending on your workflow.
