Good Universe International is seeking an ambitious and hardworking executive assistant for the international sales group. Primary responsibilities will be assisting the President of International Helen Lee-Kim while also providing support for additional executives within the international team.
The candidate must be detail oriented, comfortable supporting multiple executives in a high-pressure work environment, and proficient in handling assistant duties such as managing heavy phones, scheduling, and travel. Job entails all typical assistant duties but allows for growth opportunities.
Ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant agency, studio or production company experience and must demonstrate a serious interest in pursuing a career in international film sales.
