Budget - open for negotiation.

I am unable to get the exact requirement based on the project description & hence put budget 'open for negotiation'. Feel free to request any details that you feel is missing by dropping a private message to the project creator (the button is on the project page itself). Based on the inputs from the creator, suggest him an appropriate budget. 

The creator needs to update the budget on the project page & announce selection. Since there is no premium paid for this project, you DO NOT have to complete any task to be able to compete for the project. 

The project is good for people who have created desktop applications for windows.  The project would stay open for 3 days & if the creator is unable to decide on somebody for the project, it would be taken. So hurry.
