The project comes from vakilsearch.com guys & I am personally a fan of their services. They are truely disrupting the market by offering services at the price, you would not find elsewhere in the market.

They have hired someone to re-do their website in RoR but I guess that would take time. They want somebody to quickly take charge & fix things on their current website which is built in PHP & Codeigniter.

This is premium project with premium money paid, so it would stay open for 7 days. That would also mean that you would need to do the task which asks you to design a page to apply for PAN card. For details, send a private message to the project creator.
