Please send your query for details to the project creator via private message if you are interested. Once you hear from him, send him a quote for how much you think you can do the job. If your quote gets accepted, suggest the project creator to announce your selection by updating the mutually agreed budget on the project page & announcing your selection by dropping a public comment on the project page. 

The project would be open for 3 days, so if you are interested, do let the creator know at the earliest & if required, push him to select you :). 

Since no upfront payment is done - you are not required to create any demo for the project. The project creator may choose to upgrade the project to premium by fixing a budget & depositing the premium. You may then choose to do a demo to compete for the project.
