Due to the coming storm this evening classes are canceled. There will be Open Workout this Friday and Saturday classes.

 

Also our School is coming out with an incredible monthly Newsletter exclusive to our school. We apologize for the delay but once we get through the first month of set up it should be out the fourth week of every month.

 

In addition we will be updating our website and will have a password protected members only section. Sadly there have been other local schools viewing our school and website for their benefit. To protect our interests and basic student information we no longer desire to share what we are doing for everyone else's benefit.
