Ninja 7.0.0 Released

Hi everyone,

We just released Ninja 7.0.0.

The main feature is support for running on Java 21 (and 17, 11, 8, etc.).  Google Guice and Jetty were upgraded to the latest releases that still support Java 8.

FYI: We are evaluating dropping Java 8 support in 2024, or re-structuring our own module layout, since it appears many dependencies we rely on have made the decision to drop Java 8.  For example, if we want to leverage Jetty 12 (which has numerous performance improvements), that requires Java 17.  We care deeply about backwards compatibility, so we'll look at a wide variety of solutions.
