Ninja 6.4.0 released

Hi everyone,


we just released Ninja 6.4.0.
It features improvements regarding throwing http errors in a convenient way.
But it also includes a lot of nice fixes for smaller issues.

Special thanks this time goes to Jonathan Lannoy.
Jonathan is a long time contributor to Ninja and got version 6.4.0 out
of the door almost single-handedly.
That's why he became a new official contributor to Ninja.
