Ninja AppEngine Module - deprecated or not?

I would be interested in a new version of the Ninja AppEngine Module (https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/org.ninjaframework/ninja-appengine-module).
The last version was released on Jul 17, 2019 and still utilizes Objectify version 5.1.22.

Is a version 1.9.82 (see https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.google.appengine/appengine-api-1.0-sdk) a possibility for the future?
