How to fix build.ninja not found? (macOS terminal: compiling Aseprite)

to ninja-build

I followed the steps to compile Aseprite from this source: https://github.com/aseprite/aseprite/blob/master/INSTALL.md

Once I got to the last step, the error message appears when I run the command: ninja aseprite

A quick note, I installed Ninja through homebrew (command -> brew install ninja). I really need to get Aseprite ASAP for a game developing project. Thanks for all the help. Screenshot is provided to show the error.

How to solve this?
