Installing to standard /usr/bin [sbin] directories

References do not exist for installing the binary, libraries, and documentation.

Where is the exact location for these commands?

There aren't any. You need to make your own commands to perform the
installation and then add them to build.ninja just like any other
`build` command would be added.
