Does anyone else have trouble loading maps using expertGPS. I wonder if the terraserver is having problems? My AT&T broadband connection appears ok based on other web activities we do. I've also noticed that the expertGPS download/delete option (designed to reload a map image) doesn't work 100% of the time either, often it takes many many tries to take affect.
I tried to run my beta ExpertGPS software that I had downloaded several weeks ago, and could not get any maps to come up. Soooo, I downloaded a new copy of the beta software, and viola everything started working.
If you are still having trouble getting map tiles to display in ExpertGPS, please send an email through ExpertGPS support, and be sure to describe the way you connect to the Internet (LAN/modem, any proxy servers, etc). Also, please list any ad blocking or firewall software you are running.

This latest bug fix and attention to detail is rather routine for Topografix - so their quick attention and fast resolution to a problem in their product is really just routine service for them. That has been my experience with them in several instances, so this latest incident will not be the last where you'll see this kind of outstanding action from them - it is their way of doing business. Now, just think of the possibilities if our friends in Redmond, WA operated in a similar mode..........
