1.0R2 tagging bug and video workaround

Hi everyone

Clark reported a bug with the Tagging sub-system:

"I was just now in the process of setting up NinerPad to learn all the
neat things it does when I came across a small issue. I went in to the
manage tags area and deleted all of my tags to create new ones. Once
all were clear, I started to create a tag for @home when the TX reset.
I tried it again with the same results. I thought it might have a
problem with myKbrd and it still reset on the @ symbol. If the field
has on tag in it, it does not reset. "

The bug fix is already part of 1.1R3 (due out imminently).
