Spark master layout issue

I cannot get Spark master layout being processed with any possible
Configure.Views.Layout paths.

I'm happy to say that Nina supports layout auto-detection and also explicit setting through Layout property.

Dotan, thank you. It works with default layout name. Unfortunately, I
am still unable to assign a custom name for it.

For those who don't know Spark rules for auto-detected layout, it
means that you must name your master page "application.spark" and put
it to Views or Views\Layouts folder.

Ah, sorry, custom names also work if I add .spark extension
explicitly.

There is another issue with layout. I use this in the Index.spark

<content name="MainContent">
Home
</content>

and I am getting the word "Home" on the page so many times how many
times I ran the application. Please, check cache settings.
