Following agenda points discussed:

• AHHA president welcomed all the members.
• Discussed regarding the progress of CME.
• Discussed regarding the status of inability of Prof P. Satyanarayana, to conduct AHHA elections as Returning Officer.
• Dr. K. T. Reddy met Prof P. Satyanarayana, while he was in NIMS. He expressed his inability to conduct elections as Returning Officer and requested to conduct elections by senior persons like Prof. Dayakar Thota or Dr.M.V.Rao.
• Prof. Dayakar Thota expressed his inability to conduct elections to Dr. M. V. Rao.
• Dr.M.V.Rao who is an executive member and felt himself not good to conduct elections.
• The executive members then requested Lt. Col. Dr. K. Bhaskar Reddy to conduct elections as Returning Officer.
• President of AHHA, Dr.M.V.Rao requested all the members for active participation in CME.

 

• Finalised judges for screening paper and poster presentations.

• Discussed regarding the mementos for chairpersons and chief guest.
• Discussed regarding the time management and receiving chief guest and others.
• President AHHA thanked all the Executive and other members and persons.
• Returning Officer:

Due to sudden personal commitment, Prof. P.Satyanarayana expressed his inability to continue as Returning Officer for AHHA elections.

Executive Committee Members held a meeting today, on 22^nd August 2019 and appointed Lt. Col. Dr. K. Bhaskar Reddy as Returning Officer, who has kindly accepted and consented as Returning Officer.

Executive Committee Members approved the same.

• Next meeting to be held on 26^th August 2019 at 3pm in the Department of Hospital Administration, Gandhi Medical College.
