Dear Members of AHHA,
In the last meeting held at NIMS on 6th July 2019, a decision was taken to conduct Annual General Body Meeting (AGM) followed by Association of Health and Hospital Administrators (AHHA) Executive Body elections for a term of two years, 2019-2021. The other decision was to have a CME in the forenoon prior to AGM and elections.
I, Dr.P.Satyanarayana, Founder President of AHHA was nominated in the same meeting as the Returning Officer to conduct elections.
CME details will be informed in a few days by Dr.K.T.Reddy, General Secretary, AHHA.
The notification and other details of elections are communicated in the attached documents. The date of CME, AGM and Elections, is decided and will be held on Saturday, 31 August 2019 in the Alumni Building of Gandhi Medical College and Hospital, Secunderabad.
Any communication regarding elections to be sent to the Returning Officer. Please see the attached documents for details.

Notification for Elections to
ASSOCIATION OF HEALTH AND HOSPITAL ADMINISTRATORS (AHHA)
for the year 2019-2021.
AHHA calls for nominations to the following posts of Executive Committee to be elected, in the next Annual General body Meeting (AGM), for the year 2019-2021. Interested candidates are requested to file their nomination on the prescribed nomination form attached herewith. The nomination form duly filled need to be submitted to the Returning Officer (Dr P Satyanarayana, Former Director, SVIMS) whose address is given below, either by post or email as per the time line attached.
Eligibility Criteria for the posts
- President- any life member who has earlier held the post of secretary/vice president for at least one term.
- Vice president- any life member who has earlier held the post of secretary/ joint secretary /treasurer for at least one term.
- Secretary- any life member who has earlier held the post of joint-secretary/treasurer for at least one term.
- Joint secretary- any life member who has earlier held the post of joint secretary/ treasurer/ executive member for at least one term.
- Treasurer- any life member who has earlier held the post of Joint secretary/ treasurer/ executive member for at least one term.
- Executive members (5)-any life member with 2 years of active participation in the association. (One post is reserved for ladies. If no nomination is received in this category, it will be filled by general category.)
- AHHA is an equal opportunity platform and lady members are encouraged to participate.
- Each nomination form has to be proposed and seconded by a life member
Note1: Signatures of proposer and seconder are not mandatory. However an endorsement may be made by the applicant that necessary approval has been taken from them for the nomination supported by personal mails from Proposer and Seconder direct to Returning Officer. All members must indicate their Membership Number.
Note 2: The last date of submission of nomination is as per schedule below.
Note 3: The date of AGM and Elections 31st August 2019. Venue and Timing will be notified separately. It is proposed to have a CME on that day before the AGM and Elections.
