Nimrod 0.4 has been released!

Hi all! 

Nimrod 0.4 has been just released with two relevant new features:

* Per-type history pruning, allowing to prune the history of multiple metrics belonging to the same type, at once.

* Per-type history merging, allowing to merge history values for metrics belonging to the same type, which comes very useful for visualizing/processing correlated metrics, i.e. same timers from different threads.
