Today I noticed that my latest Zwiftride started at 5 pm in Strava but I started it at 7 pm. Then I looked at my other rides and it seems like all my Zwift rides (more then 100 over the last year) got a starting time 2 hours earlier.
This should resolve the time zone issue you are experiencing for all future activities. Unfortunately, the only way to fix the timestamps on your existing Zwift activities is to re-upload them. This will require that any existing versions of that activity get deleted so that the new version(s) can be uploaded. Keep in mind this will remove all kudos, comments, and photos associated with the original activity.
Loose items such as cameras, cellphones, hats, purses, and scarves are prohibited on all thrill rides. Safely stow them in your pockets or rent lockers available throughout the park. While baskets are available at ride entrances, they may not be secure, and we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
Weather shifts swiftly in the Rockies. Thunderstorms, accompanied by wind and lightning, are common in spring and summer. During inclement weather, the gondola may slow or stop, and sometimes close temporarily. Plan for possible delays, as storms typically pass within 45 to 90 minutes.

Mac Wood was a very interesting character. He was always thinking of new ways to do things. When he was the operator of Flora-Dale Resort, he would have to come up with interesting ways to entertain the guests, and the Dune Scooter Ride was one of these ventures.
These rides started in 1930. It was entertainment for Mac and the family at first. However, neighbors and persons passing by were so interested in his discovery that they talked Mac into making dune scootering a business.
