We are advertising two open positions at Saima Inc., a U.S.-based deep-tech Voice AI company developing Hecttor, a real-time voice intelligence platform. The core AI research and engineering team is based in Yerevan, Armenia, though remote work or relocation is open for exceptional candidates.

1. Senior AI Researcher – Speech and Audio
A research-focused role for someone with deep experience in machine learning, speech/audio processing, and signal processing. You'll lead research projects, define research priorities, run experiments, and work with the engineering team to bring research into production. A strong publication record and PhD (or equivalent research experience) are highly valued.

2. Senior AI Engineer – Speech and Audio
A production-focused role taking speech and audio ML models from research into real-world deployment, optimizing for latency, compute, memory, and power. Requires strong Python/C++ skills, experience with PyTorch, and experience deploying ML systems in production, ideally in real-time, mobile, embedded, or edge contexts.
